Travel Singapore - Part 1

Went to Singapore sometime in October 2011 for attending an Aviation seminar at JW Marriot Hotel. Extended 2 days after the seminar ends for my discovery on the Sentosa Island. 

Budget Hotel room

This is my 2nd time in Singapore but my 1st in Sentosa Island. I enjoyed travel without tourist guide.  Staying in a budget hotel of around S$36 per night in Little India - with free breakfast, free WIFI, with lift, washing machine, clean toilet (eventhough sharing toilet).... Hey! It's awesome.As this is my 1st time staying in a budget hotel, it's puuurrrfect (for me). 

Using the MRT from Little India, I can reach the Sentosa boardwalk and walk all the way to Sentosa Island within 15 to 20 minutes. Ooppss! It depends on your speed anyway. You have option either use the walkway, cable car, drive or even use the train (forgot what they named this transport to Sentosa).

It is still early morning when we reach USS. So excited when the Universal globe move around and spray the midst. Everything goes as planned only when my friend received call from her hubby, I have to replan what I have planned. My friend insist to return Malaysia that morning and feel sorry that she have to cancel everything. Her daughter is not well. Pity her as we have already bought the Universal Singapore Studio (USS) ticket with express lane rate (expensive you know!) and we already one more step to enter USS.  Anyway family should come first - AGREED! 

Luckily, we managed to booked the AirAsia flight at the Hard Rock Hotel nearby and the hotel staff is so helpful....5 stars to you guys! Problem solved...phew! One more problem.....Since my friend is not used to walk alone moreover this is not our own country, I have decided to send her back to our budget hotel at Little India. Have to make sure she took the correct cab to the airport and safely arrive to the airport, then I feel relief. Alhamdulillah, everthing goes well and my friend have safely arrived the airport. 

What happen to my USS and Sentosa trip then? Can I explore alone? To be continue in Travel Singapore - Part 2......

Most successful people

The most successful people should not be measure by his wealth. 
The most successful people are those who use the entire energy by improving themselves to obedient to God and guard ourselves from sins and use all our energy to give benefits to others. Honesty is an asset for what ever reason. People who have Ihsan in their soul will remain honest.

You can also wearing hijab with Kimono! Why not!
